What if I cancel my order?

Depending on the length of time prior to completion, we may be able to refund a portion of your payment.

• Within 14 days of delivery, when full payment has been made, no refund is available.
• For orders made within 30 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• For larger orders and wedding cakes, 20% of your initial deposit (or 5% of the cake total cost) is non-refundable. If the order is cancelled 60 days prior to the delivery date, the remainder of this deposit (20% of the cake total cost) is refundable. If the order is cancelled 30-60 days prior to the delivery date, no deposit is refundable. Once the full balance is paid at 30 days, no payments can be refunded.
